Online Purchases

Please contact us info@lovefrombetty.co.uk to request a return before posting any items. Please give us all Information regarding the returns items 

If you change your mind about your order you have 14 days from delivery date to return the items for a refund excluding all postage costs. All returns must be sent via a traceable service and packaged safely. Should products become damaged during the returns process Love From Betty will be unable to issue the refund.

Gift baskets, Subscription Boxes, mystery packs, made to measure items, food items and personalised items are non refundable unless faulty. Your Statutory Rights Are Not Affected.

Please do not remove tags. Items without labels/tags will not be refunded. Items must be in unused/original condition with all original packaging/tags. Refund via original payment method.

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item or damaged item please contact us with photos of fault. If a genuine fault, Love From Betty will refund postage costs. Love From Betty has strict quality control procedures in place.

Items proved to be maliciously damaged, abused, misused or used for any other purpose other than intended will not be refunded.

Boutique Purchases

If you change your mind about your purchase you can bring the items back within 14 days for an exchange or credit note only. Customers must have their receipt for the purchase either digitally or physically. Items without receipts will not be accepted.

Christmas Exchange Policy 2026/27

Purchases From Online or Boutique between 01/12/26 to  24/12/26 can be exchange up to 17th Jan 2027 if they meet our exchange policy regarding tags & condition. Exchange Only - Refund Policy remains unchanged

It is the Pet Owners total responsibility to check general wear and tear of items. It is the Pet Owners total responsibility to check that items ordered are suitable for pet and breed of dog.

Please follow all feeding and storage instructions. Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources.
Remove all packaging.
Complementary food for dogs is not meant to replace a well balanced diet. Give as a treat or reward. Break into pieces for smaller dogs. Dogs should always be supervised when feeding. Always provide fresh drinking water. If dog has any food allergies consult a vet. For dog consumption. Most products not suitable for puppies under three months

Please follow all care instructions including washing and dishwasher guidelines- delicate cycles and low temperatures. Sea water may affect items including colour.

Pet toys are not indestructible and length of use will vary based on pet and level of play.

Pets are like humans- varying tastes and preferences. If your pet doesn't like a food item it does not mean the product is faulty.
